A 1990 graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California with a B. Arch. in Architecture, Mr. Parco is a registered professional Architect in California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon, Hawaii, Connecticut, and Georgia with extensive experience in architectural design and forensics, project management, premises liability, and construction documentation.

His experience includes construction defect analysis, expert analysis and legal testimony in multiple states, premises liability assessments and walkway coefficient of friction testing (slip/trip/falls), lighting assessments, personal injury analysis, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) analysis, building code and industry standard review and analysis, and property condition assessments.

Mr. Parco has worked on major projects for the Walt Disney Company, Northrup Grumman, Raytheon, Boeing, Toyota, GSA, CBS, Los Alamos National Laboratories, U.S. Geologic Survey, and the U.S. Department of Defense just to name a few.
